Custom Frame Building Process

Our expert custom frame builders can help you create your dream bike. From road, to gravel, to MTB, we can turn your vision into a reality.

So before you commit to anything, we are happy to field any questions. Once you are ready to go, this is the process:

1. Start the design process – pay a deposit of $500 This gets you a chunk of our time and a spot in the build queue. We will run through the detail of all the options – e.g. frameset or full build, component set ups, paint, frame-size, etc. We’ll then summarise this back to you so you know exactly what you are getting and give you an ETA on when the build will start on your custom frame.

2. Get the fit – if a bike fit is required, we will arrange a time for you to meet with our inhouse fitter. 

3. Start the build – pay balance, now we know what you want, we will order all the materials and start building! 

4. Delivery of your personalised bike can be picked up from our workshop or boxed and delivered to your door at an additional charge.
